We utilized a technology called BLUEGLOWNANO primer to enhance electrode materials and unlock their full potential in any applications. BLUEGLOWNANO primer is an ultra-thin carbon/graphite/CNT coated layer onto the surface of any kind of substrates. By applying BLUEGLOWNANO primer to electrode materials, it is possible to reduce or remove degradation and enhance the overall performance and safety of the battery.
Pre-coating is not a new technology, it has been used to demonstrate enhancement in different cell formulations of battery application over a decade-long track record. BLUEGLOWNANO has historically been known as a large-scale IATF 16949-certified manufacturer with rigorous processing and engineering effort. We not only design but also self-manufacture production equipment to achieve optimization of production process. We have built large-scale IAFT16949-certified processing and production infrastructure with retrofits and automation upgrade. INNOVATION VERTICAL INTEGRATION CUSTOMIZATION Focus on sustainable innovation, closely cooperate with world-class battery manufacturers, and develop new primer grades for the emerging battery technologies. We are devoted to the development primer formula to achieve the better battery cell configuration. According to each particular case, we customize primer grade to improve batteryperformance. We also provide Tailor Coating Line Service (1 Client with one or more designated coating line). We have built an Close Loop Supply Chain via fully vertical integration from resin synthetic, conductive slurry mixture, foil rolling mill and precision slitting to primer coated battery foils.
